Big Halloween Pumpkin

As part of the up coming Halloween celebration the malls are already decorated with all the trimmings of the holiday. It's not obvious but this pumpkin is actually big and can accommodate people inside. I wanted my sister to pose in it but she gave me the "are you crazy?" look. It was just a suggestion. O well.

I saw this fresh cut sunflower being sold in one of the malls. I think the sunflower is one of the friendliest looking flowers. Don't you?

On our way back from lunch we noticed these two new flowers which were grown on the sidewalks of Makati. Of course, being the flower lover that I am had to take a picture using my phone camera.

I have yet to find out what their names are though.

We decided to go with Sim during lunch time and pass by the Ayala triangle on our way back. It was another photo opportunity but I forgot to bring my camera that day so I had to settle with my phone camera.

I don't know about the temperature but it sure is getting so much hotter. I decided to post this picture which was taken when my office mates and I decided to eat out. The Acacia sure seems to give a cool shade from the searing heat of the summer sun.
